[RHOCP 4] Add support for `intel_pstate=active` in RAN DU Profile
Issue
As per the testing, only the intel_pstate in active mode gives an acceptable performance on the hardware with Intel CPU. Are there any allowed modes available that can be tuned to enable intel_pstate and force it to active mode when needed as per the requirement?
