Why does sosreport cleaner modifies file/directory names if part of hostname has matching substring?

Issue

• When # sosreport --clean command is run, it will match the substring in commands to substring in hostnames and replace them.

• After using Sosreport cleaner, I see the files/directories with modified names as follows:

  yum_-C_repolist  --->>   yum_-C_rhost147list
  yum_-C_repolist_--verbose  --->>   yum_-C_rhost147list_--verbose
  sos_commands  --->>    sos_comhost101nds
