RHEL 8.8 with bonding of Intel 800-series "ice" NICs fails to boot
Issue
- When kickstarting a Dell PowerEdge R750 containing an Intel E810-XXV network card that is bonded, the kernel deadlocks on firstboot.
icedriver does not work in a bond, system hangs on startup

- 8.6 with
