With "promote_or_remove_content_views" permissions user is unable to promote a new version of existing content view and getting "Error: Could not find content_view_version resource with id 4. Potential missing permissions" in Red Hat Satellite 6

Issue

• Getting error when promoting a new version, Error: Could not find content_view_version resource with id 4. Potential missing permissions: promote_or_remove_content_views, promote_or_remove_content_views_to_environments
• promote_or_remove_content_views permission role is set for the user but unable to promote new versions of existing content views.
• Created a user with the roles Edit hosts, Viewer, View hosts, promote_or_remove_content_views assigned to it, but still not able to promote a new version of existing content views.
