httpd update to httpd-2.4.6-98 cause Segmentation fault error in RHEL7.9

Issue

• httpd update to httpd-2.4.6-98 cause Segmentation fault error in RHEL7.9.
• After applying https://access.redhat.com/errata/RHSA-2023:1593 on the RHEL 7.9 which update httpd to httpd-2.4.6-98, the /var/log/httpd/error.log got full of segmentation fault messages and application could not work. After rolling back to httpd-2.4.6-97 previous version, segmentation fault errors fixed and application could work again normally, any reason why?
