Getting org.apache.http.NoHttpResponseException when trying to access RH SSO

A service talks to Red Hat SSO using the RestEasy HTTP client.
Issue is seen intermittently with I/O exception (org.apache.http.NoHttpResponseException) caught when
processing request to {}->http://host:80: The target server failed to respond -
Customer increased the TTL in the HTTP client being used by the service to communicate to Red Hat SSO.

Followed the KCS but still it is happening.
