Issue

  • Machineset fails to scaleup after upgrading the Openshift cluster to 4.12.
  • New machines get stuck at Provisioned state after upgrading to 4.12.
  • New machines are not added to the cluster due to "no space left on the device" errors when pulling images during installation.
