Getting repeated WARN "ISPN028029 Client keeps providing outdated topology ..." message in server.log when RHDG 8.3 Hot Rod Java Client accesses RHDG 8.4 Server

Issue

When RHDG 8.3 Hot Rod Java Client accesses RHDG 8.4 Server, we observed a repeated WARN "ISPN028029 Client keeps providing outdated topology ..." log message in the server.log of RHDG 8.4 Server:

WARN  (non-blocking-thread--p2-t1) [org.infinispan.server.hotrod.Encoder2x] ISPN028029: Client /<ip-address>:<hotrod-port> keeps providing outdated topology -1

or

WARN  (non-blocking-thread--p2-t1) [org.infinispan.server.hotrod.Encoder2x] ISPN028029: Client /<ip-address>:<hotrod-port> keeps providing outdated topology <a-large-number-of-topology-id-that-client-sent>

Also, the same issue happens when RHDG (JDG) 7.3.9 and 7.3.10 Hot Rod Java Client accesses RHDG 8.4 Server.
