[Ceph] pool creation fails with ERANGE error
Issue
When trying to create a pool, the command does throw an error:
# ceph osd pool create cephfs_metadata
Error ERANGE: 'pgp_num' must be greater than 0 and lower or equal than 'pg_num', which in this case is 1
