How to apply Openshift Route annotation via Camel K Route or Knative Traits
Issue
We want to add the annotation haproxy.router.openshift.io/balance: roundrobin on all resulting Routes that appear in the knative-serving-ingress Namespace when CamelK integrates with Knative. Is there a way to specify at the Camel K Integration level that the resulting KSVC/KRoute which ultimately creates an OpenShift Route?
