s2i buildconfig can not copy binary asFile to the destination in RHOCP.

Issue

• The build configuration already includes the specified path to the binary or war file.
• However, using this approach does not allow the image to be built with the updated binary.
• Even if the build configuration has been correctly updated with the relevant information, it is still necessary to use the --from-dir= flag during the start-build process.
