Hide CIS Docker and CIS kubernetes when they are not applicable
Issue
- CIS Docker and CIS Kubernetes don't apply/are very inaccurate in many scenarios, especially for OpenShift
- Docker use has been deprecated in kubernetes and, for virtually all new clusters, we only apply a single benchmark in CIS Docker
