Unable to send and receive email notifications in RHACS

Issue

  • Attempting to send notifications to an external integration for alerts on network baseline violations is giving an error:

    Error: Unable to send ACTIVE notification to slack for alert.

  • Not able to receive any email notification.

  • Issue is with email integration for Unauthorized Network Flow System Policy.
