Ability to disable out-of-the-box compliance standards

Issue

• Need the ability to disable the display of irrelevant compliance standards in RHACS GUI for which the security team does not require tracking of specific benchmarks which would allow for a better user experience, a streamlined interpretation of compliance results, and an easier consumption of compliance standards.
