Unable to upgrade EDB Postgres for Kubernetes Operator

Issue

  • The EDB Postgres for Kubernetes operator failed to upgrade from 1.17.4 to higher version like 1.18.x or 1.19.x
  • After the installation of the EDB operator, while changing the upgrade channel to v1.18.x or v1.19.x operator status is showing status as up-to-date and upgrade is not progressing.
