Fail to open shared library libjli.so renewing Logging certificates in RHOCP 3

Issue

Redeploying Openshift Logging certificates following the steps in the "When redeploying EFK certificates in Op2enShift's logging stack, it fails in task Checking current health for logging-es cluster fails with the error:
