Issue

  • Pacemaker fails to start InstanceHA resources after Fast Forward Upgrade.

  • pcs status shows the following error:

    * stonith-fence_compute-fence-nova_start_0 on hostname_1 'error' (1): call=202, status='complete', exitreason='', last-rc-change='2023-05-09 16:53:23 -04:00', queued=0ms, exec=1001ms

Environment

  • Red Hat OpenStack Platform 16.2 upgraded from 13 via Fast Forward Upgrade
