Why does my Red Hat Partner Connect project container image have an Unknown health Index (grade)?
Issue
After running the Preflight command with
preflight check container --pyxis-api-token <token> some-container-registry.com/repo/image:tag --certification-project-id <pid> --submit
the image appears in the Red Hat Partner Connect project images page, but does not have a Health Index (a letter grade from A through F).
Typically, the health grader will provide a grade for the image within a very short time (15 minutes or less). However, in this situation no grade has been provided for the image after two or more hours.
At times, the tool-tip error message provided if you click or hover over the missing grade in Red Hat Partner Connect may show an error message stating that attempts to access the remote registry timed out after 7 seconds.
