How to configure service throttling in SwitchYard ?
Issue
Service throttling has been configured as follows :
"Enable throttling":"true", "Maximum request":"2" and "Time Period":"60000"
Which means that this service must consume two JMS messages per minute. But actually all messages are consumed immediately.
