Unable to login on server after 'Leapp upgrade' fail

Issue

  • Unable to login with root user and other user
  • When the user attempts to log in to the system, they receive a message login incorrect and are not prompted for a password.
  • After leapp upgrade, the system went down in the dracut emergency shell, Post which preventing the user from logging in on system while booting with any kernel. The following is a sample output for failed upgrade.:
