Issue

  • The PrometheusBadConfig alert is firing in the OpenShift Container Platform cluster.
  • The Prometheus log shows an error message like the following:

    2023-05-16T17:05:21.129433896Z ts=2023-05-16T17:05:21.101Z caller=main.go:1220 level=error msg="Failed to apply configuration" err="unable to load specified CA cert /etc/prometheus/secrets/hub-alertmanager-router-ca/service-ca.crt: open /etc/prometheus/secrets/hub-alertmanager-router-ca/service-ca.crt: no such file or directory"
