- Http requests time out intermittently

- Red Hat Openshift Container Platform (OCP) 4
- Amazon Web Services (AWS)
- Network Load Balancer (NLB)
- Ingress Pods are running on the same nodes as applications
- Applications are making calls to the route names of services running in the cluster
