Unable to install pki-console & redhat-pki-console-theme packages

Issue

• Upon executing the command "yum install pki-console redhat-pki-console-theme" the following error is displayed:

  [root@Demo ~]#  yum install pki-console redhat-pki-console-theme
  Updating Subscription Management repositories.
  Last metadata expiration check: 0:42:51 ago on Wed 26 Apr 2023 09:22:29 AM CDT.
  No match for argument: pki-console
  No match for argument: redhat-pki-console-theme
  Error: Unable to find a match: pki-console redhat-pki-console-theme
  

• Additionally, when attempting to enable the repositories, the following error is encountered:

  subscription-manager repos --enable=certsys-10-for-rhel-8-x86_64-rpms
  Error: 'certsys-10-for-rhel-8-x86_64-rpms' does not match a valid repository ID. Use "subscription-manager repos 
  --list" to see valid repositories.
