Cephadm fails to deploy node-exporter service with the error message 'panic: "node_rapl_package-0-die-0_joules_total" is not a valid metric name'

While implementing monitoring stack on Red Hat Ceph Storage cluster (RHCS 5 or RHCS 6.0) on AMD EPYC processor based physical server, node-exporter service goes into failed state throwing below error as soon as prometheus service comes up.
