Fail to deploy OCP cluster on RHV as apiVIP and ingressVIP are not in machine networks
Issue
- While deploying OCP 4.12 cluster on Red Hat Virtualization (RHV), the installer survey fails as apiVIP and ingressVIP are not in machine CIDR.
