[Ceph] RGW bucket & object creation not working after adopting cluster with cephadm
Issue
After having upgraded the cluster from RHCS4 to RHCS5 and adopting it via cephadm, RGW users cannot create objects or buckets anymore. The creation request errors with an HTTP code 403.
