Cinder Hitachi driver fails to create volume snapshot

Issue

  • When creating a Volume Snapshot, a timeout occurs in the REST API to the storage, resulting in the following error.
MSGID0732-E: The REST API failed. (source: /ConfigurationManager/v1/objects/storages/XXXXXX/snapshots, ID: KART30000-E, message: An error occurred in the storage system. (message = The usage of the specified pool exceeds the threshold or the pool is blocked.), cause: An error occurred during execution of a command., solution: Refer to the message and take the appropriate action. If necessary, see the RAID Manager manual and eliminate the cause of the error., code: {'SSB2': '6018', 'SSB1': '2E10'}...
