prometheus-k8s and alert-main pods are missing causing monitoring operator to be in a degraded state
Issue
- Upgrade stuck from RHOCP 4.8.x to 4.9.y.
- The monitoring operator is in a degraded state with alert manager-main-x pod and Prometheus-k8s.
- No error is recorded in the events.
- The alert manager-main-x pod and Prometheus-k8s are missing.
