machine-config-operator does not honor ICSP when fetching machine-os-content in RHOCP 4

Issue

  • Installing or upgrading a cluster does not honor the imageContentSources configured (either imageContentSources in install-config.yaml or ImageContentSourcePolicy resources in the cluster) and still downloads image content from the public repository.
