[Satellite6] Timeout on specific pages when roles and filters for user are used

Issue

• When a user has set specific roles and filters it can hit timeout due to long psql queries accessing specific pages for hostgroups and similar.
• I am trying to grant access to a specific host group for users with a specific role. When impersonating a user with that role the GUI hangs when I try to access those host groups. It can take more than 10 minutes to load the host group settings, and on selecting OS, it takes over 15 minutes.
• Timeout during job creation via API.
