Capsule server showing 500 Internal Server Error and Capsule services are failing with postgresql error in Red Hat Satellite 6.

Issue

• Navigating to Satelite WebUI -> Infrastructure -> Capsule page display below error:

  500, message='Internal Server Error'
  

• Database logs show what looks like a DB corruption:
