Topics are being created as anycast instead of multicast, when using virtual destinations
Issue
When creating a topic 99% of the time we see them created as multicast which is expected, but every now and then it registers as anycast and causes issues.
Environment
- A-MQ 7.10.2 and prior versions
- A-MQ Virtual topics, as defined here
