  • Leapp of one compute node fails at "Leapp upgrade (download package)" with no errors beside this:

  • Manually running $ LEAPP_UNSUPPORTED=1 LEAPP_DEVEL_TARGET_RELEASE=8.4 /usr/bin/python2 /bin/leapp upgrade --debug --enablerepo rhel-8-for-x86_64-baseos-eus-rpms --enablerepo rhel-8-for-x86_64-appstream-eus-rpms --enablerepo rhel-8-for-x86_64-highavailability-eus-rpms --enablerepo ansible-2.9-for-rhel-8-x86_64-rpms --enablerepo fast-datapath-for-rhel-8-x86_64-rpms finishes successfully

  • Rebooting with the generated initramfs goes to emergency shell.

  • In the Last lines of /var/log/leapp/leapp-upgrade.log, we see that the last actor executed was storage_scanner but there're no error messages:
