Restorecon fails with "error: operation not supported" on NFS

Issue

• A systemd service is configured to call an executable binary located on an NFS mount (ExecStart=). An attempt was made to add the bin_t SELinux file context label to this binary to permit execution. However, SELinux blocks this labeling action, which prevents the service from starting successfully.
