Prometheus does not use HonorLabels when set to true
Issue
- The target scraping works, but the labels are still renamed to "exported_namespace", "exported_..."
- How to get Prometheus to honor labels when overrideHonorLabels is false
- ServiceMonitor is set to honor labels but the Prometheus config seems to overwrite it
