Transferring Kerberos databases greater than 4 GB result in replicated database being truncated

Issue

When using kerberos kprop to transfer databases, transfers of database sizes larger than 4GB are not complete and truncated to 4GB. Thus the replicated database can result in authentication failures due to missing principals.
