Testing power management for hypervisor fails with error "VdcBLLException: java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Illegal group reference"

Issue

• While trying to configure power management and test it, it fails with the below error message

  Test Failed, Host Status is: unknown. The fence-agent script reported the following error: VdcBLLException: java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Illegal group reference
  

• In the configuration window for power management, below values are entered.

  Enable Power Management (checked)
  Address: <IP> (the internal ip of my ipmi). 
  User Name: fence
  Password: (the fence user's password)
  Type: Drac5
  Slot: 2 (the slot of this blade)
  Options: (empty)
  Secure: (checked)
