Loading a JDG cache from DB at startup

Issue

• We have a DB database table that we want to read into a Data Grid cache at startup. We want the ID (key) of the cache to be a specific field of the table, and data from some other fields will be the data (values) in the cache, and we want all rows from the table in memory as part of startup.
