RH SSO Account console not loading after upgrade or patching

Issue

After putting 7.6.2 back on, noticed that none of our account/account-console URLs seem to work. They present with a page of "Account Console loading..." with the large spinning icon, but never move forward to the actual console.

The admin console seems to work fine, and none of the client logins seem to be affected, just the Account Management.
