[RHOCP 4] RHCOS node egress IP got assigned as a primary IP on the interface

Issue

RHCOS node egressIP got assigned as a primaryIP on the interface and the node IP got assigned as secondary IP of the interface, due to which node is not getting assigned the hostname and the node went into a Notready state.
