Environment

OpenShift GitOps 1.6 and later.

Issue

No version of OpenShift GitOps greater or equal than 1.6 shows up on the "stable" channel of the operator.

Resolution

Update the channel parameter in the Subscription object of the operator or on the OpenShift Console (menu Operators → Operator Hub): change its value from stable to latest or a version-based channel such as gitops-1.6.

Root Cause
