Satellite 6 : Thrid party repository sync failing with authrorization error

Issue

After upgrade to 6.11, Red Hat Satellite fails to sync third party repository with authorization error :

HTTP status code: 400
Response body: {"username":["This field may not be blank."],"password":["This field may not be blank."]}
