Can I set the name of my OpenShift displayed in console.redhat.com via API?

Issue

As an OpenShift admin with dozens of clusters I need the ability to set a cluster common name via the console.redhat.com API when I deploy my cluster or as a day-2 operation.

As an OpenShift TAM working with a customer with dozens of clusters, I need to know how to correlate a cluster name to a UUID so I can more easily investigate the cluster in datahub, insights, etc.
