Elytron encrypted expression configuration throws "WFLYCTL0113: '' is an invalid value for parameter clear-text. Values must have a minimum length of 1 characters" error

Issue

• When trying to add encrypted expression with the following jboss-cli command, I get this error:

./jboss-cli.sh -c controller=127.0.0.1:9990 --commands=\"data-source --name=ExampleDS --user-name=\"sa\" --credential-reference={ clear-text=\"${ENC::my-resolver:XXXYYYYXXXXYYYYY=}\" }
