Import of custom repository fails with error "Tried to load unspecified class: Sequel::SQL::Blob" when GPG key is associated with the same

Issue

• Unable to import any custom repository in the Disconnected Red Hat Satellite server if the repository or the parent product has any GPG key associated with the same.

• The hammer content-import command errors out in the following way:
