Static routes added by system missing after dhcp expire occurs
Issue
After dhcp lease expire and subsequent lease renewal static routes added locally are removed from the routing table.
Environment
Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL)
DHCP lease controlled by dhclient (All RHEL versions)
DHCP lease controlled by NetworkManager with dhcp=internal (RHEL7)
