Source creation on Hybrid Cloud Console for Microsoft Azure fails with error: unable to import redhatinsights.subscriptions.cloud_provider_account due to invalid syntax

Issue

• Unable to run ansible-playbook command for source creation in Azure.
• ansible-playbook command fails with below error in Azure VM.
