Snapshot deletion fails when using HPE 3PAR Cinder backend

Issue

  • Ran the following steps, but failed on deleting a snapshot.

    1. Create a snapshot from a volume
    2. Create a volume from the snapshot
    3. Delete the snapshot
  • Snapshot status is error_deleting.

    $ openstack volume snapshot show snapshot1
