AsyncSignalEventCommand jobs are stuck in status Queued
Issue
- AsyncSignalEventCommand jobs are stuck in status Queued;
- No errors in the log file and no errors logged in the RHPAM database but async jobs are stuck in Queued status;
Environment
- Red Hat Process Automation Manager (RHPAM) 7.13
- Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform (OCP) 4
- Business Process implemented to include asynchronous subprocess;
- When the process is executed the RHPAM engine creates
AsyncSignalEventCommandjobs for executing the async part of the process.
