  • The actual machine provisioning time depends on the workload in the Azure Datacenter.
  • It takes several minutes for the new machines to be available.

Diagnostic Steps

  • Provision a new machine in 2 different regions.
  • Take note of the time needed for the provisioning.
  • Manual Scale should take a few minutes to scale, which is expected.
